I’ve been to a few campsites over the last 4 weeks and this place is easily one of the best. Great location and has everything you need. Plus, the owners are amazing! Incredibly welcoming, kind and will go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Highly recommend!

One of the best campsites in the area, really warm welcome when I arrived, couldn't be more welcoming, and not an issue when I called to book really last minute! Very clean toilets and warm showers (beats the portaloos in other campsites!!) probably one of the cheapest campsites in the area and a lovely quiet calm atmosphere. Great location as well, 5 minutes away from the main road leading to the south of Cornwall, although you wouldn't know it as it's super quiet! Dog friendly as well!

A great campsite! New owners are absolutely brilliant, location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and facilities are second to none. A warm welcome from Mark and his wife tops it off. With sensible pricing and good sized pitches this is the sort of campsite you always hope to find, hassle free holidays. Looking forward to the next visit!

We were welcomed to the site and shown to our pitch by Peter & Debbie. During our stay, they regularly came by with tips, local flyers and to check all was ok. Our pitch was a good size (and level) with space around us (social distancing - Aug 2020). Location is good for exploring North & South (15-20 mins drive to Newquay, 20 mins to St Austell). Co-Op just up the road and larger shopping centre not far. Campsite is a peaceful spot to listen to the wildlife and watch the sun go down. Especially appreciated - the reasonable rates per night - and the fact that Peter told us not to rush to leave by a certain time on our last day. We were able to let our tent dry from the rain before packing up which was helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great campsite experience. Tents nicely spaced out, clean facilities (apart from being quite grassy), and Peter and a Debbie were friendly and made some good recommendations around the area. The campsite is well located to access lots of places as long as you accept you will need to use your car. Within 20-30 minutes you can reach north and south coasts. Very reasonable site and we would definitely return. A minor recommendation would be for the cut grass to be raked away as it gets everywhere!

Found this site by accident and I must say we were very impressed. John and Debbie were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The pitches were a good size with plenty of space either side of our tent and the camping area is well maintained. The toilet/shower block is new and there's enough room in the shower for the whole family. The only suggestion I would make is can we have more hooks in the toilet and shower area please as I felt there wasn't enough hanging space. Apart from that we had an amazing time, so good that we're returning again next week. Thank you Peter and Debbie for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Our last day at Piggies tomorrow as I am writing this ?. What a lovely clean site.Toilets and showers are immaculate and as its july 2020 and we have Corona virus to deal with you really have give credit to the owner for keeping them so clean The owner and all his family are so friendly and helpful the grass is beautifully cut you can really see how much they Look after their site, I would definitely recommend this site to anyone See you again soon Graeme christine and miserable dog duff ??

Fab place we went for a Christening and stayed in John the owners trailer tent. John was very helpful and even delivered us fresh eggs from the hens in the morning to cook om the stove. Also included a mini fridge. We will be going back again

Lovely site, views to die for from every angle. Owners very helpful with lots of tips for where to visit, nearest shops etc. Pitches are a good size too all in all a great place to go and as a motorhome owner it’s good to just chill out and enjoy the views if no tow car with you. Looking forward to visiting again.
